Voting NO on anchor and Oracle master grants
To be frank I don't know much about how the oracle works, though anyone/node can anchor factom blocks into the bitcoin chain, whenever they feel like it. You don't have to ask for permission to do so.

Was under the impression that any auth node could (and should) anchor each block themselves, it's a simple OP_RETURN.
