    [Emergo Management BV] Wesley Broekhoven

I am not an ANO, but it is worth commenting here. I fully support WB! If I would have known he was running, I would not have done so. I am eager to support in whatever capacity I can. Hopefully with the new direction of governance, something more concrete in terms of how I and the Lab can be...

    [WiiCollaborate LLC] Troy Wiipongwii (Updated)

Thanks Niels. I would be happy to answer this question. The first thing I would like to say is, I think this role is both strategic and tactical. Being responsible for the mission statement and vision is definitely a large part of strategic planning. The specific steps it takes to achieve that...

    Governance Paper Working Draft

Thank you for the detailed questions. You interpreted the assumptions and the consequences that follow correctly. Your ultimate questions on which actions to take are reasonable as well. 1. Installing systems to try and monitor tasks 2. Limit the ability for ANOs to add hard-to-monitor tasks...

    Governance Paper Working Draft

Hey All, My apologies for not posting this sooner. I circulated the Governance paper I drafted to some of you and got great feedback. As a reminder this paper was not meant to offer in tokenomics or governance changes. It uses a theoretical framework which with a high level of predictability...

Priorities for the Factom Protocol - non-technical areas

I think that legal/entity and governance should be top priority. As other organizations look on to support Factom, there is some ambiguity at play that needs to be parsed out to reduce risks and liabilities for parties while improving the overall effectiveness of the community.

Blockchain and the Courts in Kazakhstan (Promoting Factom)

Hey Everyone - Thank you for the great feedback and discussion. There is a ton of repetitive feedback and I believe that is my error so I will take this opportunity to be direct and hopefully we can reach something worthwhile. So hard deadline can be pushed to July 7th. This gives us the...

Blockchain and the Courts in Kazakhstan (Promoting Factom)

Thanks Colin for the straightforward feedback. I truly can appreciate the community's interest in putting forth current solutions instead of us promoting the Factom potential IF they were to provide funding. Like I mentioned several times above, I am not against showcasing several solutions...

Blockchain and the Courts in Kazakhstan (Promoting Factom)

(For the record, I know you are laying out options for us on path forward for funding, I think my post below may come off unappreciative of that fact so thank you. This is an edit. Below has been unaltered) 1. The title says promoting Factom, not selling Factom solutions, there was no...

Blockchain and the Courts in Kazakhstan (Promoting Factom)

Thanks for the questions David, no doubt we will get the what, where, when, why and how of Factom in Kazakhstan. I will answer your second question first. I have never built or conducted research where I wasnt also the Salesman, so for the Ohio project, again seperate from the conference...

Blockchain and the Courts in Kazakhstan (Promoting Factom)

Thanks for the interest from everyone. Niels, in terms of the funding for MaxCollab, I was under the impression those funds were dedicated to the work specifically conducted by Damien to the community. For that reason, we do not plan on factoring that into our calculation. In terms of...

Blockchain and the Courts in Kazakhstan (Promoting Factom)

Greetings Factom Community, I hope you all are well. I am writing this thread to get some support within the ecosystem on an exciting event, that I know will be beneficial for promoting the Factom Protocol. Ingo Keilitz and I were invited to present on blockchain and court administration at...

    MaxCollab

Hey Nic - I am glad you are the one to message, since you were the one who asked the question initially about the government contacts. I flew to MD from SF to meet with a Judge who is helping to spearhead the path forward for a blockchain solution in the court systems and he made me aware of...

    MaxCollab

I disappeared for some work and personal issues and this has turned into a full blown party! There are some solid questions in here sprinkled in with some reworking of definitions to prove a point. I think that may be cluttering the larger picture that began at post #40, "What is going on with...

Hey @Nic R thank you for the questions. For question 2, the answer is we are more than comfortable sharing our expenses with the community as they directly relate to the inflation income through Factom because it is the community's money. We are also open to exploring with the community where...
